Attention: All Politicians Who Hate The Media

STAY THE HELL OFF OF MY TELEVISION, RADIO, OUT OF MY NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES AND OFF MY COMPUTER.

All media is controlled by human beings just like all politics are and therefore, each and every media outlet will do the same things that every politician or any other human being will do.

They will protect and defend their own self interests by protecting, defending and reporting from the perspective that best serves them and their audiences.

Some of them will even report the truth because there are actually some people, who actually listen to the news to hear the truth as opposed to just hearing what they want to hear.

On the other hand, some news outlets will consistently lie to create false truths by playing on people's hatred, fears, prejudices and their doubts about themselves and their validity in an increasingly diverse country.

My point is this: I am getting sick and tired of seeing politicians who are constantly complaining about the media falsely reporting news that does not align with what they want people to think, believe and act upon; on the very same media that they hate so much.

If the media is so damn bad-why don't you stay off of it?

You know why you won't?

Because without it, you would be nothing.

Does anybody see the hypocrisy in this?

The media is just like everything else in life, (including politics), You have to take the good with the bad, the bitter with the sweet, and the lesser of many evils.

Yes! When the media misquotes you or tells untruths about you, you absolutely have the right to correct those errors or false attacks against your character.

But don't act like the entire Media Universe is always making false claims because they said something that you didn't like or disagree with, or that does not align with your purpose at any given time.

So to all of you politicians who continue to insist that "The Media" is one of the most evil entities on the planet and that they don't deserve to be heard.

I look forward to not seeing , hearing or reading about you again.

You may hate the media, but I guarantee you one thing: I bet you won't stop appearing on it.
