I Smell Another Attempt At A Police Murder Cover Up

Freddie Gray has been dead about 3 weeks now, and we still do not know why he was killed in custody, and we also don't even know what charges he was arrested on other than he made eye contact with the officers and ran.

5 of the six police officers involved in the arrest voluntarily cooperated with the police department's own investigation.

What's up with the six one?

Also, why did it take them so long to release the police video from the Baltimore City Street Cams.

And why is it that when they did release them, there was absolutely nothing of value that could be used to expose the truth as to what really happened?

And why do policeman get to investigate themselves when a suspect who is surrendering or already in custody dies?

And why did the Baltimore City Police Department announce the release of some information to the public on Friday and then retract that statement saying that all information would have to be released to the Maryland State Prosecutors Office on Friday.

I understand that their is an ongoing investigation in this case and that they cannot release intricate details of this case to the public-but you mean to tell us that the Citizens of Baltimore cannot even get information that tells us why Freddie Gray was arrested in the first damn place?.

Isn't that something that even Freddy Gray should have been told before he was put in handcuffs and put in the transport vehicle?

Isn't that a part of every citizen's Constitutional and Miranda Rights?

And why are we just hearing about a second stop of the same van that Freddie Gray was being transported to jail in, and initial reports state that Mr. Gray was completely silent when the other suspect entered the van according to this same suspect's testimony initially?

And now all of a sudden, this same suspect reports that he heard Freddie Gray hurting himself?

Never forget that these Law Enforcement Officer Cover Ups start immediately after an incident when they start comparing notes with one another and with the superiors in their departments that they trust.

And then they weave a series of Complex Legal Maneuvers and Lies to make full disclosure of an incident such as this, appear to be distorted by the emotional responses and hatred of the people in the community towards policeman; instead of the fact that historically, they manufacture lies to get these officers off.

So all of the things above are suspect in this investigation.

And not only is this a failure of the police on Full Disclosure.

This is no disclosure at all.

And now I am really suspicious after last night's revelation of a suspect changing his initial testimony.

And the fact that this story which is contrary to everything that was previously told to the public after Mr. Gray's Death showed up in the Washington Post-I have to believe that they have taken this Cover Up to another level, and that it is up to us to keep our eyes, ears, minds and mouths open so that they will not be successful in their attempts to do so.

I am sick and tired of hearing that "This cannot happen again." when something happens, and then after it happens and we blow off steam (Temporarily), we refuse to create Consistent, Systematic Programs to change the system to prevent these types of Tragic Incidents from happening again in the future.

How long ago was Trayvon Martin Murdered?

How about Eric Garner, Tamir Rice and the many that came before them and the many who have come after them including Freddie Gray?

And after each one of these Murders, I heard people say: "This can never happen again." And yet! Here we are again, and here we will be tomorrow if we just continue to think that people who hate us are going to stop hating us just because we wish, hope and pray that they will.

It ain't gonna happen!

We have got to get together and put our skills, talents, abilities and resources together to develop and implement a Systematic, Permanent Plan of Actionto stop this.

Our parents, fore-parents and ancestors realized that Justice, Freedom and Equality is not a Sprint, it is indeed a Marathon.

Its time for this generation to wake up and realize this Dark Reality too; and then do something about it.

A Lesson In Effective Parenting Skills For The Parents Of Those Who Were Rioting Yesterday

Hello MOM:

Just giving you your props for your Effective Management of your son's Criminal Behavior yesterday, along with my nomination for Mom of the Year Award.

To all of those "Time Outer's" who may be outraged by this woman's Disciplinary Actions, I just want to point out the fact that this mom's slaps up side her son's head were a true act of love.

Because those slaps to the head will never be as painful and destructive as a policeman's bullet to the head.

And if you don't understand her actions, then you probably don't live where she lives or have to deal with what she has to deal with to try and keep her children alive.

These communities are treated differently by Law Enforcement then in other communities.

Thank you MOM for taking responsibility for the destructive actions of your child.

Attention: Everyone Who Is Destroying Their Own Neighborhood

You don't give a shit about Freddy Gray.

We know that you have no concern for your community,the small business owners in your community, or the seniors in your community.

And you damn sure don't give a damn about Justice for Freddy Gray.

You don't even give a damn about the grieving parents and the rest of his family who have begged you all to remain peaceful and calm on the day of his funeral.

The only thing you care about is exploiting this tragedy and using it as an excuse to commit crimes against your own community so that you can loot, riot and get Free Shit.

Apparently, you don't even care about your own health, lives and safety.

I know you don't trust the police.

But be advised that Freddy Gray died for apparently running from the police, without any proof or evidence,(except him running), of any wrong doing on his part. But I am telling you that, you on the other hand, are giving local law enforcement an opportunity to kill you and have it be justified.

It's also important to note, that in our American Culture, you are painting all of the African Americans who are not there with you doing what you are doing with the same brush.

Because what you few idiots are doing will be used represent our entire race, because that's just how America has been and still is, and probably will always be, until you start using all of that energy to make this country and this world a better place for all.

So to all of you who are destroying your own community or allowing outsiders to destroy your communit; youy are going to wind up paying a very high price for your actions.

So you have been warned.

And if you are a parent who is reading this, there currently are some very dangerous and volatile situations occurring in Baltimore City right now.

Reward For Killing An African American Male In America.......

Robert Bates,the volunteer deputy in Oklahoma,(who happens to be a millionaire and a Major Donor for that Sheriff's Department), pleaded not guilty and will stand trial in July

Robert Bates "Accidentally Shot" Eric Harris during a sting operation back in 2008.

Yes! I said 2008.

The video has come to light as a result of a rash of Murders Committed by Police Officers who either already had a suspect in custody or shot the suspect after he had surrendered or choked them and killed them.

Which in my estimation, removes any doubt about these officers "Protecting and Serving" the communities in which they work.

These are people who are using their Authority and the Protective Shield of Law Enforcement to do what they have always wanted to do: Murder people that they feel do not deserve to live.

It doesn't appear that "Justice" is the target.

The target seems to be Just Us!

And speaking of "Justice", tell me if this is it:

For his "Mistake"; Robert Bates, (who I told you above is a millionaire), got a $5,000.00 dollar bail, ($500.00 dollars for those of you who have never had to deal with the bail process and don't know how it works).

And! Even though he is a suspect in a Murder Case, he has been allowed to travel to the Bahamas for a Vacation because the trip was planned before all these issues became public knowledge that requires that he face judgement by the "American Criminal Justice System.

Now how often have you heard of a regular citizen, (especially one who is a member of a Minority Group), who is allowed to travel while he is waiting to stand trial for murder?

Did I mention that Bates is a Millionaire and a Major Donor for this Sheriff's Department?

Am I missing something here?

Because I've got to be honest with you-If I were a Millionaire facing a Murder Charge who was given permission to go to the Bahamas; I don't think that you would see me in court.

I don't think that you would ever see me again.

So I say that to say this: Until "We The People", not just Black People, or White People, or Red People or Yellow People; but The American People make these types of behaviors on the part of "Law Enforcement Officers and Vigilantes like Robert Bates so Painful and Detrimental; these Unnecessary Murders will continue.

Because America is not Punishing these people for Murdering African Americans and other Minorities-They are rewarding them with $500.00 dollar penalties, Paid Vacations, Trips to The Bahamas and most disgustingly; No Verdict or an Innocent Verdict.

So what in the hell is the Motivation for stopping?
