These Excellent First Round NBA Playoffs Interrupted By……….

There I was taking a break from the Dark Realities of Racism and how much it has infiltrated our Political System with Potentially Disastrous Results, enjoying one of the most fantastic first round playoffs that I have ever seen, and then; (not that I was looking for it); it jumped out at me while I was just trying to unwind and let go by enjoying the camaraderie that exists between the Brotherhood known as the NBA, where (for the most part), race is not an issue-A place where people from all points of the globe come together as a team to accomplish one common goal…..to win a highly competitive athletic event.

And then it happened!

The Racism that I was trying to escape from in our politics reared its ugly head into the NBA; a place that I love, because people of all kinds travel together, eat together, sleep together, pray together and play together without any regard for their ethnic or racial backgrounds.

But the owner of the L.A. Clippers Donald Sterling allegedly was recorded sharing his true feelings about the Black Men who have made him billions with the hard work that they do on and off the court.

Now since I was in such a good mood because it’s playoff time, I was willing to give Donald the benefit of the doubt and wait to find out if TMZ or someone else with a grudge was trying to frame this man as some kind of act of vengeance.

However, after learning of his past history, lawsuits, derogatory statements about Black People as well as other minorities in his daily orbit; I pretty much have determined that the tape is real and that this is indeed Mr. Sterling’s voice on the tape telling his African American/Mexican Girlfriend how he really feels about all of those well-built and professionally trained athletes who make him billions. And I was really upset when I found out that Former Commissioner David Stern was aware and allowed and ignored his Racist’s attitudes, behaviors and actions, which makes me wonder what he truly believe in his core.

So let this be a lesson to those of you who continue to turn a blind eye to what has been painfully apparent in this country, that has been intensified since the election of the First African American President in 2008 and then again in 2012.

This generation cannot and will not be allowed to make pretend that Racism in America no longer exist as an excuse not to defend this country against it.

Those who came before us had no such luxury.

We cannot let all of their pain, suffering, sacrifice and deaths on our behalf, be in vain.

Racism is alive and well and flourishing in America and will rip our country to shreds if we continue to act like it is not a reality.

One final point: I am mad as hell about this Racists Bastard’s Behavior towards his employees who are Human Beings, and also his abuse and dehumanization of other minorities, but I ask that all NBA Fans, (particularly Clippers Fans), remember to focus their anger on the perpetrator, (Donald Sterling), as opposed to the victims, (The Clipper’s Players).

Don’t do anything to hurt the players, coaches and other employees who have done nothing wrong. To the players, this is your best season in franchise history.

Please put your head back in the game tonight and fight for your chance at the championship. I understand the negative effect that this Racism is having on your psyche, but you’ve done nothing wrong.

Play your best game and let the hatred of Donald Sterling destroy Donald Sterling.

After all, the job of hate is to destroy, and those who harbor it within will be destroyed from within, which will manifest itself in the destruction of their lives externally.

As a matter of fact, it has already began.

Everything that Commissioner, Adam Silver has done and plans to do to Donald Sterling is was well deserved.

Awake Yet!

I’m just wondering if anyone is really paying attention to what is going on in this country and if they are ready to protect and defend this country and it’s positive values and all of the things that is inherent in those values including ourselves, our families, our communities and all of the progress that so many of our ancestors, (rather they be Black or White) fought and died for to provide us with the freedoms that we now enjoy.

I wonder if anyone is paying attention to the fact that RACISTS have infiltrated our Government and are now trying to turn back the hands of time on Voter’s Rights, Woman’s Rights, Poor People’s Rights, Sick People’s Rights, the Elderly’s Rights and Human Rights in general.

No I am not speaking of a bloody revolution until and unless that becomes necessary, but the fact of the matter is: people did die in bloody revolutions to replace the violent means of change with a peaceful and Democratic method called voting, and I am just wondering if anyone who is reading this realizes that the Midterm Elections that are coming up in November are just as important as the Presidential Elections coming up in 2016.

Why?

Pay attention to the ruling that the Supreme Court has been making.

I don’t have time to map them out here, but anyone who has the best interest of this country at heart, which believe it or not has and continues to have great power and influence over the way we and our families and friends live their lives and the quality of those lives.

So the following video should not be a surprise to anyone who has been paying attention for the last 6 years after the successful election and re-election of President Obama.

When I first heard of this Patriot, (RACISTS), and his battle against the Federal Government, I already knew that this is where he is truly coming from.

These dangerous and ugly changes are coming and they can only be stopped by those of us who give enough of a damn to participate in the process that will take the ever increasing power that these people continue to increase to dangerous levels.

There are people in this country who don’t count many of us as human beings worthy of life and will try to do whatever we allow them to do to destroy us and our families.

This video is just one of many who need to be stopped.

Please participate in our political process to save our country from total chaos and destruction.

Please do your research and vote for the right individuals who control the quality of our lives rather you know it or not.

Welfare For The Rich!

Those of us who are Socially and Politically Aware know that this phenomenon of "Welfare For The Rich" exists.

But this is the most blatant example that I have ever seen.

It is usually done in the dark through legislation and so called deficit control.

But when I watched how this story was presented on FOX News,they left out 2 very important and factual points:

1. They failed to mention that these 2 people involved in defrauding the Government through Welfare Fraud were not Black.

Both of them are white.

You know how the Right wing Hate Machine is always talking about how poor Black People and Latino People and other Minorities live high on the hog, with Big Screen TV's, Driving Fancy Cars, Eating Lobster, Shrimp and other Fine Delicacies, all on Food Stamps, Medicaid and WIC?

2. Well! The fact is that Rich People do this all the time as a result of Republicans who are still pushing the lie that if you give the nice rich people up at the top more than they already have, their hearts will ache with so much pain, suffering and Guilt that they just cannot help but share a significant portion of their wealth with those on the bottom who are so much less fortunate then they could ever imagine.

This "Trickle Down Economics" has been legislated and implemented since this man was President over 25 years ago:

And it has not worked to boost our economy or help lift those who are willing to put forth the necessary efforts and to make the necessary sacrifices to lift themselves out of poverty.

Conservative Polices, Procedures and Values have and continue to do the opposite of this.

And the more forcefully we allow them to put these polices, procedures and values into place, the worse it makes our country.

If I can try to make what I am trying to say very clear; it's the fact that Paul Ryan's new budget which is just a more Austerity Based Budget than his previous Austerity Based Budgets, and that the condition that allowed these 2 rich people to collect welfare are the same conditions that Paul Ryan and other Conservatives and the Republican Party want to continue, not on an isolated incident basis like this, but they want the Rich to continue to get Richer and the Poor to get Poorer, which is a condition that has already existed in this country and that continues to exists.

Except! Republicans want to make these conditions a permanent part of our "American Democracy", which means that America will no longer be a Democracy, because you cannot have a Democracy if you only have 2 classes of people: Rich People and Slaves, with no Middle Class anywhere.
