I Smell Another Attempt At A Police Murder Cover Up

Freddie Gray has been dead about 3 weeks now, and we still do not know why he was killed in custody, and we also don't even know what charges he was arrested on other than he made eye contact with the officers and ran.

5 of the six police officers involved in the arrest voluntarily cooperated with the police department's own investigation.

What's up with the six one?

Also, why did it take them so long to release the police video from the Baltimore City Street Cams.

And why is it that when they did release them, there was absolutely nothing of value that could be used to expose the truth as to what really happened?

And why do policeman get to investigate themselves when a suspect who is surrendering or already in custody dies?

And why did the Baltimore City Police Department announce the release of some information to the public on Friday and then retract that statement saying that all information would have to be released to the Maryland State Prosecutors Office on Friday.

I understand that their is an ongoing investigation in this case and that they cannot release intricate details of this case to the public-but you mean to tell us that the Citizens of Baltimore cannot even get information that tells us why Freddie Gray was arrested in the first damn place?.

Isn't that something that even Freddy Gray should have been told before he was put in handcuffs and put in the transport vehicle?

Isn't that a part of every citizen's Constitutional and Miranda Rights?

And why are we just hearing about a second stop of the same van that Freddie Gray was being transported to jail in, and initial reports state that Mr. Gray was completely silent when the other suspect entered the van according to this same suspect's testimony initially?

And now all of a sudden, this same suspect reports that he heard Freddie Gray hurting himself?

Never forget that these Law Enforcement Officer Cover Ups start immediately after an incident when they start comparing notes with one another and with the superiors in their departments that they trust.

And then they weave a series of Complex Legal Maneuvers and Lies to make full disclosure of an incident such as this, appear to be distorted by the emotional responses and hatred of the people in the community towards policeman; instead of the fact that historically, they manufacture lies to get these officers off.

So all of the things above are suspect in this investigation.

And not only is this a failure of the police on Full Disclosure.

This is no disclosure at all.

And now I am really suspicious after last night's revelation of a suspect changing his initial testimony.

And the fact that this story which is contrary to everything that was previously told to the public after Mr. Gray's Death showed up in the Washington Post-I have to believe that they have taken this Cover Up to another level, and that it is up to us to keep our eyes, ears, minds and mouths open so that they will not be successful in their attempts to do so.

I am sick and tired of hearing that "This cannot happen again." when something happens, and then after it happens and we blow off steam (Temporarily), we refuse to create Consistent, Systematic Programs to change the system to prevent these types of Tragic Incidents from happening again in the future.

How long ago was Trayvon Martin Murdered?

How about Eric Garner, Tamir Rice and the many that came before them and the many who have come after them including Freddie Gray?

And after each one of these Murders, I heard people say: "This can never happen again." And yet! Here we are again, and here we will be tomorrow if we just continue to think that people who hate us are going to stop hating us just because we wish, hope and pray that they will.

It ain't gonna happen!

We have got to get together and put our skills, talents, abilities and resources together to develop and implement a Systematic, Permanent Plan of Actionto stop this.

Our parents, fore-parents and ancestors realized that Justice, Freedom and Equality is not a Sprint, it is indeed a Marathon.

Its time for this generation to wake up and realize this Dark Reality too; and then do something about it.

A Lesson In Effective Parenting Skills For The Parents Of Those Who Were Rioting Yesterday

Hello MOM:

Just giving you your props for your Effective Management of your son's Criminal Behavior yesterday, along with my nomination for Mom of the Year Award.

To all of those "Time Outer's" who may be outraged by this woman's Disciplinary Actions, I just want to point out the fact that this mom's slaps up side her son's head were a true act of love.

Because those slaps to the head will never be as painful and destructive as a policeman's bullet to the head.

And if you don't understand her actions, then you probably don't live where she lives or have to deal with what she has to deal with to try and keep her children alive.

These communities are treated differently by Law Enforcement then in other communities.

Attention: Everyone Who Is Destroying Their Own Neighborhood

You don't give a shit about Freddy Gray.

We know that you have no concern for your community,the small business owners in your community, or the seniors in your community.

And you damn sure don't give a damn about Justice for Freddy Gray.

You don't even give a damn about the grieving parents and the rest of his family who have begged you all to remain peaceful and calm on the day of his funeral.

The only thing you care about is exploiting this tragedy and using it as an excuse to commit crimes against your own community so that you can loot, riot and get Free Shit.

Apparently, you don't even care about your own health, lives and safety.

I know you don't trust the police.

But be advised that Freddy Gray died for apparently running from the police, without any proof or evidence,(except him running), of any wrong doing on his part. But I am telling you that, you on the other hand, are giving local law enforcement an opportunity to kill you and have it be justified.

It's also important to note, that in our American Culture, you are painting all of the African Americans who are not there with you doing what you are doing with the same brush.

Because what you few idiots are doing will be used represent our entire race, because that's just how America has been and still is, and probably will always be, until you start using all of that energy to make this country and this world a better place for all.

So to all of you who are destroying your own community or allowing outsiders to destroy your communit; youy are going to wind up paying a very high price for your actions.

Reward For Killing An African American Male In America.......

Robert Bates,the volunteer deputy in Oklahoma,(who happens to be a millionaire and a Major Donor for that Sheriff's Department), pleaded not guilty and will stand trial in July

Robert Bates "Accidentally Shot" Eric Harris during a sting operation back in 2008.

Yes! I said 2008.

The video has come to light as a result of a rash of Murders Committed by Police Officers who either already had a suspect in custody or shot the suspect after he had surrendered or choked them and killed them.

Which in my estimation, removes any doubt about these officers "Protecting and Serving" the communities in which they work.

These are people who are using their Authority and the Protective Shield of Law Enforcement to do what they have always wanted to do: Murder people that they feel do not deserve to live.

It doesn't appear that "Justice" is the target.

The target seems to be Just Us!

And speaking of "Justice", tell me if this is it:

For his "Mistake"; Robert Bates, (who I told you above is a millionaire), got a $5,000.00 dollar bail, ($500.00 dollars for those of you who have never had to deal with the bail process and don't know how it works).

And! Even though he is a suspect in a Murder Case, he has been allowed to travel to the Bahamas for a Vacation because the trip was planned before all these issues became public knowledge that requires that he face judgement by the "American Criminal Justice System.

Now how often have you heard of a regular citizen, (especially one who is a member of a Minority Group), who is allowed to travel while he is waiting to stand trial for murder?

Did I mention that Bates is a Millionaire and a Major Donor for this Sheriff's Department?

Am I missing something here?

Because I've got to be honest with you-If I were a Millionaire facing a Murder Charge who was given permission to go to the Bahamas; I don't think that you would see me in court.

I don't think that you would ever see me again.

So I say that to say this: Until "We The People", not just Black People, or White People, or Red People or Yellow People; but The American People make these types of behaviors on the part of "Law Enforcement Officers and Vigilantes like Robert Bates so Painful and Detrimental; these Unnecessary Murders will continue.

Because America is not Punishing these people for Murdering African Americans and other Minorities-They are rewarding them with $500.00 dollar penalties, Paid Vacations, Trips to The Bahamas and most disgustingly; No Verdict or an Innocent Verdict.

So what in the hell is the Motivation for stopping?

Police Dealt Death Strikes Close To Home-Baltimore, MD

CUSTODY

I always try to remind people that if one of us is in danger-All of us are in danger.

That fact was clearly on display in My Hometown of Baltimore, MD yesterday, when another (Young African American Male),died a week after his Violent Arrest last week.

It is human nature for us to focus on our own survival first.

There is nothing wrong with that, because our survival is the Primary Initiative programmed into our DNA by our Creator.

This is natural.

But to not give a damn about other's in our cities, states and in our country who are not being treated equally and fairly under the law is not so natural, nor is it safe or productive for us as a country.

Freddie Gray died yesterday because his spinal cord was severed last week while (In Custody).

Now if this was an Isolated Incident, then this would not be as note worthy as it is.

However, this phenomenon of African Americans and other Minorities being murdered after they have securely been placed in police custody, seems to indicate that far too many "Law Enforcement Officers" goals are not the Arrest,Trial and Prosecution of a suspect. It appears that the people who do this are Murderers With A Badge, who are looking for any excuse to kill someone whom they hate and view as not worthy of life.

There are 622,793 residents living in Baltimore City. I want to applaud and honor the 50 + citizens who made their voices heard today by utilizing their Right to Assemble Peacefully to Protest what appears to be another Police Murder in this country.

Freedom, Justice and Equality is not a Sprint-It is a Marathon that requires constant and consistent efforts on our part as Citizens of the United States of America.

Because for every individual who is seeking Freedom, Justice and Equality for themselves, their families and communities; there are thousands of Dark Forces trying to take these so called "American Values" away.

If the amount of outrage and protest over these Murders by Police and also Racist Vigilantes who use "I feared for my life" as a defense was sufficient, then we would not be discussing this today after Trayvon Martin and all those who were murdered before him and since him.

So always remember that the pursuit of Freedom, Justice and Equality is not something that can be done incident by incident or just for a season.

This fight will last for the rest of our lives and the live of those who will follow, no matter what your Race, Creed, Color, Sexual Orientation, Income or Class Distinction, Religious Beliefs or any of the many other Artificial Labels that we used to define each other as something other than Human Beings.

But in reality, that is all we are.

And that is what Unites us more so than any of the BS that separates us.

Rev Al: Hunger Strike For Loretta Lynch? Really!

First of all let me just say that I love and respect you for all of the work that you've done and that you are doing through your National Action Network in the interest of Truth, Justice and Equality for all people in this country and on this planet.

Is spite of your many critics on the Right, and sadly far too many on the left; I think that the work that you do is Honest, Valuable and Required.

And for the most part, I am usually aligned with your thinking.

However, staging a Hunger Strike to get an up or down vote from Mitch Mcconnell and his Racists Cronies in the House on Loretta Lynch's Confirmation as Attorney General of the United State seems like a waste of time and effort, and a shame for the meals that are currently being missed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Hunger, Sickness, Poverty and the Devastation of Average American Citizens what Republicans thrive on-In favor of protecting Rich, Powerful and Well Connected Individuals and Corporations?

I may very well be wrong, but starving yourselves to motivate Republicans to do anything seems to be Counter Intuitive and Counter Productive.

When you want to move Hateful, Greedy and Sneaky People, (like Republicans and others who wear the Conservative Label-You have to do things that hurt them-not things that hurt you.

Seems to be that you are only giving them the Human Conditions that they love and thrive on.

How is this going to help bring about a vote on the Confirmation of Loretta Lynch, (whom they HATE for the same reasons they Hate President Obama, Susan Rice, Eric Holder and the other Dark Skinned Members of this Administration)?

One problem that I've noticed that Liberals have is that they let their Idealism Cloud their Perceptions of Reality.

If you want to get people like the people who reside in this Republican Led Congress to do what you want them to do-You have to Creatively think of ways to hurt them and hurt them bad.

And Reverend Al, I am not suggesting Violence, because I know how you feel about that, and I agree with you. We should avoid violence whenever and where ever we can as soldiers for the War against those who are against Truth, Justice and Equality for all people in this country and on this planet

Sanbernardino Police Nearly Beats Man To Death

Well! The Police State of America's Para Military Soldiers have once again violated the Constitutional Rights of a suspect; (after he is in custody).

Francis Pusok, 30, a suspect in an identity theft case, in Sanbernardino, CA, who also abandoned his car during the pursuit and stole a horse to continue the pursuit, was obviously breaking the law.

However, like so many other suspects before him-breaking the law is not a simple justification for Law Enforcement Officers with a Gang Mentality to appoint themselves Judge, Jury and Executioner once a suspect is apprehended and clearly no longer a threat to anyone including the policeman who are beating their asses.

Like all other American Ideals, the right to a speedy and fair trial is not really a right.

Just like "Justice, Freedom and Equality for All"; our rights under what is supposed to be a System of Justice as a suspect or prisoner are just words on a piece of paper that we as a country are still struggling, (against some very dark and evil forces), to make a reality.

This, and all other Video Evidence prior to this incident has clearly demonstrated the fact that Justice is no where to be found when these people, (who are basically just Murderers with a badge), are just that-Murders with a badge caught on tape being themselves.

The things that are now a matter of public record, because of Civic Minded Individuals with the Latest Technological Gadgets who are willing to put themselves at risk to document these incidents are just documenting facts that people in African American Communities and in other Minority Communities have been trying to tell the American People for far too long; while other Americans who have not and are not likely to experience this type of violence at that hands of what they refer to as "Officers of the Law", could not, or would not comprehend these reports as being true.

And what is so frightening about these incidents is that they will continue to escalate in frequency and degree until we as a nation decide that we have had enough. And also, the fact that the Police Departments involved in these Violent Incidents that are captured by devices capable of producing Very High Definition Video and Audio Recordings, are telling us that we do not see what we saw. And they are also telling the (Non Independent Prosecutors) in these cases that what they are seeing is not real and that their are incidents and circumstances prior to the start of the recordings that justifies beating someone to death who is either already in custody and under control or in the process of surrendering.

As a result, far too many of these Murder Cases are being dismissed.

And another "New Phenomenon", which is nothing new to many of us who are Minorities in America is the fact that its not just "Officers of the Law" who are getting away with Murder, but also Vigilante Hunters who just want to kill someone whom they deem to be an animal whose life does not matter; are also killing people unnecessarily and getting away with it.

We all know Instinctively or Intellectually or both, that these incidents have got to stop because, as long as they continue, none of us are safe.

And this includes not only the people who have broken the law and are entitled to a Fair Trial; but also innocent people who are just going about their daily lives trying to survive and take care of their families. This dark reality is also dangerous for the many Officers of the Law who are Good, Decent and Honest Men and Woman who go out in the streets everyday across America who put their lives on the line to Protect and Serve.

But we also know Instinctively or Intellectually or both, that nothing bad stops or changes for the better without us united in the fight to do so.

So with that in mind, what are WE going to do?

I hope the answer is: everything that we can safely and effectively do together as a nation.

If A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words, Than This Video Should Leave America Speechless

This newly uncovered phenomenon, I say that, (because this is not new)-its just that New Technology and Human Participation in Activism has brought these kinds of incidents that were once kept in the dark, swept under the rug and censored from the general public by people in places of power are now coming to light. And those of us who give a damn about Justice, Peace, Freedom and Equality in this country; which is absolutely necessary for our Safety, Security and Success, must not turn a blind eye to that which is clearly in front of us.

This; as well as far too many other incidents that have occurred in this country over the past 7+ years are not what I, or anyone else who believes in the spirit of America considers to be "Good Police Work", or "Protecting and Serving the Community".

These incidents are nothing more than Evil People using a position of power as a "Law Enforcement Officer", to commit Murder of African Americans and other Minorities and to get away with it.

For all who are interested in our safety and security and the safety and security of all our loved ones in this nation-WE MUST NOT! turn a blind eye to the injustices that have been inflicted upon people of color in this country which has escalated to levels that we have not experienced since the Post Civil Rights Era in this country.

I want to thank the Mayor of Charleston SC and the Police Chief for acknowledging this Unnecessary Use of Force and the Public Execution of another African American Citizen of the United States of America.

However!

Please believe me!

If it was not for the Activism of the citizen that recorded this video using his or her cellphone, it is very possible that, (just like the other incidents of Police Brutality against Minorities over the past 7+ years), this too, would have been kept in the dark, swept under the rug and censored from the general public.

This is a reminder of the fact that in our country, Positive Change does not just happen.

Positive Change happens because of the Activism of people who refuse to say or do nothing when they see evil hateful acts being committed against other human beings.

The state of our nation is not just the responsibility of the few who are Actively Seeking Justice, Freedom and Equality for all in this country, but it is also the responsibility of those who sit back and let everybody else do the work for them and then reap the benefits of other people's work and sacrifices.

Because, if one group of individuals are not safe and treated fairly with dignity and respect, than it won't be long before those conditions spill over in to all our lives.

And living under those kinds of conditions, (which far too many people in this country have been doing for far to long), would be a dangerous and volatile situation that none of us in their right minds wants to see.
