The “Sequester”, which is another Manufactured Crises similar to the “Fiscal Cliff”, is due to take place tomorrow, Friday, March 1, 2013.
The Sequester will result in Drastic, Across the Board Spending Cuts to Very Important Life Sustaining Programs such as the Military, Medicare, Medicaid and other Essential Services. And it is also estimated that if allowed to continue, it will cause the loss of 50,000 or more jobs in a country that has finally began pushing its economy in the right direction which is upward.
Both sides (Left & Right), agreed to this stupid agreement to theoretically create circumstances that were supposed to be so drastic that neither side would want to allow it to happen, thereby forcing an agreement on taxes and spending.
However, for Democrats; I don’t understand why you would give people who have been trying to destroy the country for the past 4+ years unsuccessfully, another opportunity, and the tools to do so.
So in response to the latest crises, which once again, was brought about as a result of the Republican’s numerous and deliberate failures to work with Democrats, (namely President Obama), the Republicans are doing what they do best, which is:
LYING!
The latest Republican Talking Point, (Lie), about President Obama is that the president is now involved in “Campaigning”, instead of coming back to Washington, DC to sit down and talk with the very same people whose Top Priority is to see that he fails, by creating Artificial Gridlock and Manufactured Crises for the express purpose of destroying this country so that President Obama’s Presidency will go down in history as a failure; (because he is Black).
Listen Up Republicans!
President Obama has already been there for the past 4 years trying to do what you all are dishonestly suggesting that he should be doing now; to no avail.
This is why he is now taking his case to the American People who successfully elected him as President of the United States of America-twice!
So the president is not out campaigning.
He is out talking to people who are willing to listen to him, work with him and not try to destroy him, (and this country in the process), because of a preconceived notion about where his place, or the place of millions of other Minority Americans should be in history.
Yes Republicans!
You lost the election by employing the same kinds of Hateful, Racist and Dishonest tactics that you are still using to this day.
And this time, instead of President Obama just sitting back letting the Republican Party Insult, Embarrass , Dehumanize and Destroy every positive contribution that he is trying to make to our country, he is now being proactive in the fight against you and taking the fight against you to the American People.
This is why he is out talking to the people of this country who voted for him and those who are willing to listen; telling them the truth about what the Republican Party has done and continues to do, and how it will adversely affect their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
That is called “Transparency”-which is a concept that the majority of Republicans know nothing about.
So if anyone wants to know the difference between the Democrats and the Republicans as they currently exist; here it is:
Republicans only talk to the people when they need their votes, and then when they are finished with them, they no longer listen to what they have to say or care about what they need or want.
President Obama has already won the election for a second time, because the country stood up and made it clear that they were not buying what Republicans were and still are selling.
But he is still out talking to the people to keep them in the loop and to find out what they need and want.
What you call “Campaigning” we call “Communication”.
The American People deserve Communication after the election-not just before, just so someone can win an election and make decisions for the American People that can help or hurt them in private.
President Obama is done campaigning with the people.
Now he is communicating with the People…..
What the hell are all of you doing?
Nothing!
So, don’t be fooled by Republican Lies people.
The House which is the Governing Body with a Majority of Republicans sets the schedule for both Houses of Congress to operate.
And now, just like they have been doing for the past 4 years when we are facing crises; John Boehner has given the House Members time off from doing nothing, again.
If you are comfortable with your country being governed this way, then nothing else is required of you.
However, if you find these Republican Antics Unacceptable, then please make some noise to let them know that it’s not.

America Is Not Broke! It's Just Broken.....

Have you ever heard the statement: “The rich get rich and the poor get poorer”?
Well this is exactly what has been going on in this country since it began. And this is what is going on now, right in front of our faces and under our very noses, because of Voluntary or Involuntary Ignorance, Mass Hypnosis and Political Apathy.
During the Frontier Days, (which is where Republicans want to return); there were only certain classes of people who did well, who did not starve to death, freeze to death or get destroyed by predators.
It wasn’t the Original Americans; (The Indians), because their land was forcibly and violently taken from them through Violence, Deception and Betrayal.
It wasn’t the slaves who were forced; to work the land for free, that was stolen from the Indians, which they did under some very Painful, Dangerous and Deadly circumstances fueled by Hatred, Ignorance, Fear and Greed.
And it was also not, (in many cases), the hired help who were the “Have-nots” who worked for the “Haves”.
No! It was the landowners who had Sufficient Wealth, Power and Influence, which allowed them to not only survive under some of the most primitive conditions in human history, but to grow and prosper as well, and provide adequate support and protection for their families.
At that time, many of the people who held these advantages felt like only they should have these advantages.
Fast Forward to the 1930’s and 40’s when the Labor Movement, (which got its start in 1882, when a parade and picnic was held in New York to bring the workforce together), known now as Labor Day; blossomed with the formation of the CIO, (Congress of Industrial Organizations).
This was the beginning of Organized Labor Unions in America, which created such Humane Concepts as Child Labor Laws, Worker’s Rights, 40 Hour Work Weeks, Vacations, Paid Time Off, Sick Time, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Safety in the Workplace, etc.
These are all things that are important to humans who work and who have the responsibilities of protecting and providing for their families.
Now of course as a result of this human inclination towards survival that turned into a movement, “The Haves”, “The Establishment”, “The Powers That Be”, “The Man”, “Republicans”, or whatever you call them, did not want “The Have-nots” to have an opportunity to take anything from them.
And I understand that! Because I don’t want anyone to take anything from me either that I worked hard and honestly to have.
But not only did “The Haves” not want “The Have-nots” to take anything from them, they also wanted to prevent “The Have-nots” from having a fair chance at having a life that got progressively better as a result of their labor.
So in other words, the people who were willing to fight to the death to protect what they owned, were the same people who were more than willing to take away the rights of the people who worked to build and maintain that which they owned, down to the very basics of Human Needs.
But as a result of the Labor Movement and the strength that it gained thru the 40’s and 60’s, those who employed other human beings to work for them were forced to be fairer to the people who worked for them, and to at least meet some of their basic human needs-such as a Honest Day’s Pay for an Honest Day’s Work.
However, even though the Labor Movement gave birth to the Middle Class in our country as a result of its successes that allowed thousands of decent hardworking individuals the chance to live “The American Dream” of providing for their families, protecting them and supplying all their needs; the Dark Forces that relentlessly seeks to have complete and total control of all wealth, all power and everything continues to work behind the scenes to take away all that has been accomplished.
As a result of these dark and evil forces and mistakes made by many of the unions themselves; the labor union’s numbers and strength began to decline thru the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
And “The Powers That Be” pounced.
Now we are at the crossroads again between Equal Distribution of Power and Wealth or Domination of “The Many” by “The Few”.
So what’s going on?
Well!
America is not broke.
It’s just that one political Party and some in the other party, are trying to once again, “Take It All”.
It’s not that we have less money to spread around.
It’s just that there are a few people in this country, about 1%, who already control the majority of the wealth and power in this country and because of their greed, they want more. And they are willing to hurt or destroy people whom they do not know or could care less for; like the sick, the poor, the uneducated, the middle class and those who are trying desperately to rise above their present dark circumstances and make a better life for themselves and their families.
You can see this in their constant attacks against Food Stamps, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Student Loans, Pell Grants and all other “Entitlement Programs” that they can divert funds from the bottom and “Distribute” to the top.
You see!
These people believe that giving Welfare to those who really need it is Communism, Socialism or Marxism.
But giving millions of dollars a year away with Massive Tax Breaks, Complex Loopholes and Gigantic Subsidies to Billion Dollar Corporations who do not need it is “The American Way”.
But the fact of the matter is: If we stop giving Millions and Billions of dollars to rich people and major corporations and stop letting rich people who are so damned “Patriotic” that they do not want to contribute to the strengthening of the roads and bridges that take our children to school and our families from place to place by the millions on a daily basis, that do not want to see our kids educated so that the future of America will be safe, secure and progressive (like other countries), provide Affordable Healthcare for their fellow citizens so they will not suffer and die unnecessarily, invest in science and technology and 21st. century medicine, that will take us from the Barbaric Medicine of the Dark Ages into a new age of medicine that will heal without harming and cure diseases that are currently not being cured deliberately, for the benefit of profits; see the unnecessary loss of human lives and American dollars for wars that are staged just to create massive profits and a host of other things that have proven to be disastrous to our country in the distant and recent past.
And the only way that the people who are trying to do all of these evil deeds to 99% of the people in this country can succeed, is if they can convince 99% of the people in this country that America Is Broke.
America Is Not Broke!
It’s Just Broken…..
But it can and will be fixed with the Knowledge of Evil, the Power of Truth and Focused and Organized Political Action by “We The People”.
This small But Significant Group of Corrupt Politicians, False Statesman, Hateful, Greedy, Racist Patriots, must be forced to submit to the will of The American People.
And it is up to us to make it so.
So please for all our sakes, please continue to talk to each other, share information and knowledge with each other and stand with each other to make it so.

The State of the Union
Are you better off now then you were 4 years ago?
Maybe your situation personally has not improved, (I know mine’s has not).
However, I just want to inform all those who are in touch with reality of the fact that America is now in a far better place than it was under the previous Administration, and is headed in a direction away from total destruction instead of deeper into it.
And this means that even if your situation is not currently ideal or preferable, at least the conditions in this country are becoming more conducive to giving you a better opportunity to make your life what you want it to be, no matter what your name is, where you are from, your gender, your religious beliefs, your skin color or who you love.
Have we arrived at the destination of “A Perfect Union”?
No!
Will we ever?
Probably not!
Perfection is virtually impossible in a world inhabited by imperfect beings.
However, consistent small steps forward are far better than a swift decent into destruction which is where I truly believe we were heading 8 years ago, and now this is where the Rightwing/Tea party Extremist want to take us back to.
I have no intentions on going back to the places in history where we as a nation fought so hard to move away from.
How about you?
Even though perfection is virtually impossible, excellence is within our reach.
And the consistent small steps that we take on the road to excellence can and will lead us to a More Perfect Union.
